Denver’s Sunnyside neighborhood has enjoyed a recent revival thanks to an influx of development, new restaurants, breweries, and residents. The area is primarily residential homes, with a mix of historic bungalows and modern homes popping up.  With the tree-lined streets, welcoming front porches, proximity to highways, downtown, and a highly anticipated light rail station, it’s safe to say that Sunnyside is becoming the place to be!

There is also a new commuter rail stop along the G line, opening soon at 41st & Fox which will take you directly to Downtown Denver or Downtown Arvada. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and parks within walking distance so you will always have something fun to do.  Also be sure to mark your calendars for the Annual Jazzfest and Sunnyside Music Festival in Chaffee Park.
